Star Trek is the finest popcorn movie I've seen since Dark Knight. It's not gritty and edgy like other action flick remakes have become since Batman Begins, but that doesn't mean it's fluffy or trite. It was well scripted, funny, cool to watch, well acted and all around well done.
While it's been said "It's not your father's Star Trek," it doesn't mean that Trekkie geeks and cool people wouldn't enjoy it alike. I haven't met a soul who hasn't enjoyed this movie. There's no need to go into detail, just see this one before it leaves the theater this summer!
